- Bussing and Cleanup 3 Bussers (3 hours) $75.00
- Delivery & Setup on site $50.00
- Smoking on Site 3 hours prior to event $75.00
- Gratuities are not required or expected
- Tables, chairs, linens available (call for details)
- Tents and heaters available for outside event
To schedule an event
To ensure availability we recommend confirming your event as soon as possible.
Although a few weeks notice is often sufficient, we encourage more notice for weekend and holiday events.
Due to limited availability of dates and portion of the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation
- Cancellation of event more then 5 days prior to the event date 50% deposit fully refunded.
- Cancellation of event 36-96 hours prior to 30% refunded.
- Cancellation of event less then 36 hours notice, no refund on deposit.
- Full payment due at time of delivery.
