Scheduling an event

To ensure availability we recommend confirming your event as soon as possible.

Although a few weeks notice is often sufficient, we encourage more notice for weekend and holiday events.

We require a 50% deposit upon request of catering event.

Due to limited availability of dates a portion of the deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation

• Cancellation of event more then 5 days prior to the event date deposit fully refunded.
• Cancellation of event 36-96 hours prior to 50% of deposit refunded.
• Cancellation of event less then 36 hours notice, no refund on deposit.
• Full payment due at time of delivery.
